Carter promotes Jerome Hagley to Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Carter is pleased to announce Jerome Hagley’s promotion to COO & CFO. Jerome plays a key leadership role on both the Executive Team and Investment Committee. In this capacity, he oversees the finance and accounting, development, treasury, and asset management departments, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency across the organization. With a strong focus on growth and innovation, Jerome provides strategic leadership for Carter's development team, driving the company’s mixed-use and multifamily development initiatives.

Since joining Carter in 2014, Jerome has leveraged more than 30 years of diverse real estate development experience, bringing deep expertise in deal structuring, financing, and the design and construction process. Prior to Carter, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The Dawson Company.
