T.J. Laco
DIRECTOR - DEVELOPMENT
T.J. oversees design and construction for Carter development projects throughout the southeast. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has specialized in the development of garden-style apartments, managing the full project lifecycle, from initial due diligence and permitting through design, construction, closeout, and seamless asset management transition.
Prior to joining Carter he managed multifamily construction projects with Prestwick Construction.
