Malcolm ChristopherAssistant Property Manager
As the Assistant Property Manager, Malcolm provides high level support in operations, leasing, and facilities management.
In his role as assistant property manager, Malcolm works closely with the property manager overseeing day-to-day operations at the MET. His primary focus is concentrated on lease administration where he directs the renewals process. Malcolm also is responsible for managing tenant relations and coordinating MET-sponsored events.
Before joining Carter, Malcolm worked several years in the self-storage industry where he developed skills in asset management, budget development/analysis and risk management. After graduating from college, he joined White Provision Development Company as a development associate managing key aspects of the development process. Malcolm began his professional career in youth development with Boys and Girls clubs of Metro Atlanta. Malcolm currently holds a Salesperson license in the State of Georgia.
Malcolm earned a B.A. in Urban Studies/Planning from Morehouse college. He was raised in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and has four children. He is a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan who enjoys writing, jazz music, and history.
