Carter Senior Vice President Andy Feinour participated on a panel last week at the Bisnow Atlanta Student Housing Summit. Feinour spoke on prospects within the student housing market and the potential for growth in smaller colleges and universities.
“I think there’s generally a disconnect in the industry in terms of where the capital wants to invest and where the real opportunities are,” said Feinour, noting the challenges in getting capital to invest in lesser-known schools.
