Carter Completes Enid Event Center and Convention Hall

The historic Enid Event Center and Convention Hall, part of the Enid Renaissance Project in Enid, Okla., has re-opened. Carter is the project manager for the $24.5 million Enid Renaissance Project, which includes the renovation of the convention hall, as well as construction of a new multipurpose events center. The Enid board of commissioners approved the contract with Carter in April 2011.

Because the City of Enid valued our work so extensively, they presented Carter with an official key to the city, as well as commemorative ribbon cutting scissors.

Carter completed renovations to the convention hall, which features a 11,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, a 3,000-square-foot Junior Ballroom, more than 5,500 square feet of meeting space and a 14-person Board Room. We are also overseeing construction of the multipurpose events center, which contains an exhibit, concert and multipurpose sports arena. It is scheduled to open in June 2013.
