ATLANTA (Feb. 17, 2010) – WSB TV news anchor Justin Farmer interviewed Carter’s Rob Adamson about site selection for a proposed new high school to be built in Buckhead, possibly within the next two years.
Atlanta Public Schools will be looking for an appropriate site in an area where land is scarce and therefore at a premium. Locations being mentioned include Colonial Homes apartments off Peachtree Road, Paces Apartments on East Andrews Drive and the former West Paces Medical Center site on Howell Mill Road. Properties along Northside Parkway near the Chattahoochee River also are being considered, according to the Buckhead Reporter.

The Rooster talks with Adamson about a site on Huff Road that Carter is marketing for sale on behalf of Brock Built. The 38-acre site easily could accommodate a new high school.
