The Columbus Dispatch’s recent story on the second phase of the Columbus Commons project in the heart of downtown Columbus spotlights Carter as the developer in the $50 million mixed-use development.
McNally goes on to provide details about the project, which will include about 23,000 square feet of retail space, as well as three six story apartment buildings and restaurant space.
Carter President Scott Taylor is also quoted in regards to the trend in urban developments. “This demographic group wants to live in urban areas filled with arts, culture, dining and shopping opportunities within walking distance, “ Taylor said. “It’s a trend across the country.”
