Story Mt. Zion is under construction and slated to open in 2024.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION - Morrow, Georgia

Carter is developing Story Mt. Zion—a 300-unit multifamily residential community—in Morrow, GA, a city 25 minutes south of Downtown Atlanta with direct access to I-75. Group 4 Design is the architect and Summit is the general contractor. Construction commenced in November 2022 and is tracking for a full completion in December 2024.

Story Mt. Zion sits on 25.25 acres along Richardson Parkway in Morrow, GA, 15 minutes south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, car wash station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities.

Story Mt. Zion is slated to welcome its first residents in early summer 2024.
