Carter has taken the first steps of construction on the $50 million Highpoint at Columbus Commons, a mixed-use development located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The 325,000-square-foot project, which is the second phase of Columbus Commons, broke ground in early September.
Currently, grading and geopier work is currently underway, with foundation work set to begin the week of October 15th. Completion is slated for December 2013. Carter is developing the project along with local equity partners Bob Weiler and Don Kelley.
