12-story office tower in the heart of one of the leading mixed-use developments in the country.
CINCINNATI, OH
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The GE Global Operations Center, a 338,000 square foot 12-story office tower, is home to over 2,000 professionals. GE chose The Banks because of its location in the heart of one of the leading mixed-use developments in the country, which offers “Class A” amenities. The office building extends the width of a full city block, occupying land from Second Street to West Freedom Way with Rosa Parks Street to the east. It comprises Phase II-B of The Banks. Phase II-A of The Banks delivered a multi-family development with 291 apartments units and 19,000 square feet of retail space in the Spring of 2016.
Carter served as master developer for the GE build-to-suit along with all of Phase II and all future phases of The Banks. Carter was master developer for Phase I of the Banks, which includes 300 apartments and 80,000 sf of retail and includes additional land for a hotel and additional office building in the future.
A game changer for Cincinnati, The Banks provides opportunities to live, work and play for retail tenants, business clientele, families and young professionals.
