Denise Williams
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Denise manages accounting activities for Carter’s portfolio of mixed-use and multifamily projects. Having joined Carter in 2012, Denise has optimized Carter’s financial reporting and budget analysis. She also develops and manages cash schedules and oversees all financial compliance for the company. Previously, Denise served as a Senior Development Accountant at The Community Builders in Boston, MA, a non-profit real estate developer of low-income and affordable housing.
