Jerome Hagley
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Jerome oversees the Development team at Carter, leading the company’s mixed-use, multifamily, and repositioning efforts. He joined Carter in 2014, bringing over 30 years of diverse real estate development experience to his role. Jerome utilizes a keen understanding of deal structuring, financing, and the design and construction process. Previously, he was EVP and Chief Operations Officer at The Dawson Company.
