Carter developed Nine15 on the corner of Franklin and Cass Streets in the highly-sought-after Downtown Tampa market and within blocks of the central business district, Tampa Museum of Art, and Tampa Riverwalk. The building’s 362 high-end apartments are a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units with high-end finishes unparalleled in the area. Amenities include an elevated pool deck, clubhouse and bar, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The project also includes 9,300 SF of retail, activating the street-level experience.
