Carter is developing Story Lake Gibson, a 300-unit multifamily residential community located in the Lake Gibson neighborhood in Lakeland, Fl. Group 4 Design is the architect, and Summit is the general contractor. Construction broke ground in May 2022 and is tracking for a full completion in January 2024.

Story Lake Gibson sits on 17.89 acres on W Daughtery Rd, near the intersection with US Hwy 98, approximately 15 minutes north of downtown Lakeland and less than 3 miles from Interstate 4. The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities.

Story Lake Gibson is now leasing and welcoming its first residents.
