Carter is developing a 320-unit multifamily residential community located in Sanford, Fl, a city in the Orlando Metro area. Group 4 Design is the architect, and Summit is the general contractor. Construction broke ground in July 2022 and is tracking for a full completion of July 2024.

Story Sanford sits on 23.5 acres along Rinehart Road near downtown Sanford and 25 miles north of downtown Orlando. With proximity to Interstate 4, the community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes. Residents have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities.
