Carter’s first Florida Story apartment community welcomes its first residents.

NOW LEASING - Wesley Chapel, Florida

Carter is developing Story Wesley Chapel, a 320-unit multifamily residential community located in the Chapel Crossings master-planned development in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Group 4 Design is the architect and Summit is the general contractor. Construction broke ground in March 2022 and is tracking for full completion in 2024.

Story Wesley Chapel sits on 17.23 acres along Zephyrhills Bypass Extension, east of I-75 in Wesley Chapel along State Road 54. The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes. Residents have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities. Residents also have access to the amenities developed within the overall master planned community, Chapel Crossings, including walking trails, a community center, and lazy river / pool.
