Patti leads Carter’s Design and Construction team, directing project management for all Carter developments from predevelopment through delivery. Patti joined Carter in 2000 and has delivered over $1 billion worth of projects ranging from Class A office to medical and athletic facilities, mixed-use, and multifamily developments.
