ABOUT THE PROJECT

Targeting both Boise State students and young professionals, Vista opened to strong reviews from the local market in 2015. Located just west of the campus, Vista is less than a quarter of a mile from the BSU campus and less than one mile from downtown Boise.

Vista consists of two separate buildings located 200 yards apart and totaling 4.8 acres of land. Vista West features 369 beds of purpose-built student housing consisting of traditional studio, two- and four-bedroom floorplans. Vista East includes 110 units of market-rate multi-family apartments among a mixture of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Each unit provides private bathrooms for each resident. Vista includes a clubhouse with multiple amenities and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Both buildings have ground-level parking on the first floor, providing easy access to the three stories of housing located above the podium deck.

In addition to its convenient proximity to both downtown and campus, the development is adjacent to Boise’s Ann Morrison Park, a 153-acre public park and recreation area with tennis courts, softball/soccer fields, picnic pavilions and access to swimming and boating areas on the Boise River.
